For our espresso machine we chose the La Marzocco Espresso Machine, handcrafted in Florence, Italy. La Marzocco espresso machines have been brewing excellent espressos since 1927 and is considered the gold standard in the specialty coffee industry. Our machines have been approved by the World Barista Championship (WBC) judges as the best!
In addition to our great equipment, our baristas received training by the judges of the World Barista Championship.
